Similarly by Export Mailbox option (Selecting any Mailbox then go to Export Mailbox), we can easily export emails from Mac Mail as .mbox file format.

We have known that both email clients supports different file formats and Neither Outlook supports function to directly export PST data in Mac Mail directly nor Apple Mail supports function to import PST files, so we have to convert Outlook PST files to MBOX then we can easily do this task.
